Solid steel spool with rolled edges for maximum hose protection and axle supported by dual support base and roller guide arms. Independent rotating swivel joints allow maximum flow. Non-sparking positive locking and release mechanism for tension free use. Cartridge type spring housing for safe and easy replacement.
