HOSE GUARDIAN MODEL 80
Specifically for Higher Volume on Self-Service

A well built attractive cabinet contains two hose reels, oil-less compressor with an 11 gallon storage A.S.M.E. tank. This compact unit was designed specifically for self-service. Save extra construction and costly underground piping. Overall dimensions are 37' high x 28' long x 18' wide. Air unit can be hooked up in conjunction with standard type hose guardians or other air dispensers. Options such as signs can be added.

CABINET:
Top and base are heavy cast aluminum. Shroud is made of stainless steel. Split front cover with lock permits locking up of hose with accessories. Aluminum hose guides with nylon rollers. Side panel door removes by lock and key for easy servicing of compressor.

COMPRESSOR:
Compressor requires no oil with permanently lubricated bearings at connecting rods, continuous duty, thermally protected listed motor.

OPERATION:
A pressure control switch automatically turns on at 70 PSI and off at 100 PSI. The unloading valve is operated by the pressure switch and assures a free start. Included, at the pressure-switch, is a dial face gauge, safety valve and shut off valve.

OPTION:
A built in push button timer may be purchased with model 80 at an extra cost. The timer is pre-set and the compressor will not run until the button is activated by user. The compressor will automatically shut off when the tank is at 100 PSI or the time runs out on the timing device.
